Tours

All entry tickets, food, and transportation costs on the day must be paid for by the client. I will send appropriate links to purchase tickets for all sites.

Insurance

As a Blue Badge Guide I am insured by the British Guild of Tourist Guides and the Association of Professional Tourist Guides.

Payment

Payments must be paid before the commencement of the tour and in £ Sterling via Sum Up payment link which incurs 2.5% administration fee or by a direct bank transfer.

Cancellation Policy

cancellation policy is typically as follows:

96 hours (4 days) prior to the commencement of engagement: Full fee.
10 days prior to the commencement of engagement: 50% of the fee.

14 days or more - 100% refund
14 - 6 days - 50% refund
